Decorations
Decorations are blocks that do not effect the player. For example if you walk over a decoration, it will not stop you in your path. Decorations are typically used to enhance the player's perspective of a world when playing. They normally would not effect the mini-map. Decorations can not be placed on the same layer as blocks, but can be placed on backgrounds.
