Toby

Toby was a moderator. He is notorious for contributing little to the game, he did however create the Commando smiley and its re-skin, the Hard Hat smiley. Toby also helped with the forums (mostly layout/design). He administrated Chris's now defunct game portal, Nonoba.
Trivia
- The bully is his/her favourite smiley.
- Toby has written the message: "Discount Llama Robes" with moderator text in some levels, including "The EE Legend" by Lictor666.
- Toby also helped with the creation of the level "Station 2.bat" by Aiotenshi, writing the logs with the moderator text tool.
