Description
Creates a custom message box.
Usage
<ref>{{Message Box|text=|color=|banner=}}</ref>
Parameters
text- Required. Text content of the message box.
color- Optional. CSS color of the left border.
banner- Optional. Shorthand file name (e.g.
Template Stub.png). Displays a faded banner across the left with the image specified.
