Toby was a moderator. He is notorious for contributing little to the game, he did however create the Commando smiley and its re-skin, the Worker smiley. Toby also helped with the forums (mostly layout/design). He administrated Chris's now defunct game portal, Nonoba.

- The bully is his favourite smiley.
- Toby has written the message: "Discount Llama Robes" with moderator text in some levels, including "The EE Legend" by Lictor666.
