Creates a citation of anything on the web, for use in references. Has several optional parameters for better citations.

url: Required. URL of the web resource being cited.
archive: Optional. Archived URL of the web resource being cited. Lack of this adds the Unarchived Citations category.
title: Optional. Title the web resource being cited. Displays in place of the URL, surrounded by quotations, if present.
source: Optional. Source of the web resource being cited.
source: Optional. Date the web resource was published, if it is known.
