I think it's more a comprehension thing. Stubs are supposed to be incomplete articles that need more content, right? If there's another problem, like if it's messy but still covers everything it needs to, it'd be a cleanup, not a stub. Hello! Question: What determines something to be of stub class? What about topics that we simply don't have more information on? Stubs are supposed to be incomplete articles that need more content, right? If there's another problem, like if it's messy but still covers everything it needs to, it'd be a cleanup, not a stub.
