Toby was an Moderator. He is notorious for contributing little to the game, he did however create the Commando smiley and its re-skin, the Worker smiley. Toby also helped with the forums (mostly layout/design). He administrated Chris's now defunct game portal, Nonoba.

Trivia

  • The bully is his favourite smiley.
  • Toby has written the message: "Discount Llama Robes" with moderator text in some levels, including "The EE Legend" by Lictor666.
  • Toby also helped with the creation of the level "Station 2.bat" by Aoitenshi, writing the logs with the moderator text tool.
