Template:Cite Blog

Invokes the Cite template to create a citation of the Everybody Edits Blog, for use in references. Has several optional parameters for better citations.

Usage

<ref>{{CiteBlog|shorthand=|archive=|title=|date=}}</ref>

Parameters

shorthand

Required. Shorthand URL of the blog post being cited (e.g. 2015/02/17/loading-screen-contest/).

archive

Optional. Archived URL of the blog post being cited. Lack of this adds the Pages with unarchived citations category.

title

Optional. Title the blog post being cited. Displays in place of the URL, surrounded by quotations, if present.

date

Optional. Date the blog post was published.
