Backgrounds are a type of tile in Everybody Edits. There are many ways of obtaining backgrounds, the most popular being from buying them in the Shop. The list of background can be seen here.

Functionality

Decorations are tiles that players can't interact with. They will always appear behind the player, and can even go behind blocks. This feature allows the user to make things such as walls or other background objects to spruce up worlds.

History

• Backgrounds were added on July 29, 2011, along with other features relating to block layers such as block shadows.
