How To Use?

Say you wanted to make a disambiguation page about moderators.

1. First of type in search "Moderator (Disambiguation)", without quotations;

2. Press enter then create page;

3. On top, type {{disambiguation | "TITLE WORD"}}. Replace "TITLE WORD" with something multiple pages have in common, in this case it's the word "moderator" (Preferably, DO include quotations in this step);

4. Put links of the pages with the same/similar title or description. (You should describe a page you linked and, if possible, include an image).
