His leadership skills were very useful in the community, and so Nou became a Moderator on April 17, 2015, and became an Administrator shortly after when Everybody Edits changed owners. His job as an administrator is Everybody Edits' general manager. He managed the team, makes sure everyone did their job, and, most importantly, steered the direction EE went.
