Energy is one of the two currencies used in the Everybody Edits Shop to purchase new Smilies, Blocks, Worlds, and formerly, Potions.
Users, upon registering, start off with a maximum energy of 200.
If a user's energy supply is not full, it replenishes at a rate of 1 every 150 seconds (2.5 min.). Users get 24 energy every hour, so after 8 hours 20 minutes, users will have full energy assuming a 200 energy maximum.
A user's maximum energy can be increased through Magic, contests, or formerly, Magic class.
You used to be able to get up to 400 energy if you became a Grandmaster (level class), but level classes were discontinued.
